Release date: September 22, 2026 OpenAI adds Sol and Luna alongside Astra in the GPT-6 family. Sol targets complex coding and agentic workflows; Luna is designed for focused tasks at high volume. OpenAI reports improvements over the GPT-5.6 generation in coding, factuality, and communication. BetterToken now supports GPT-6 Sol and GPT-6 Luna. Select the GPT provider, set the Base URL to https://bettertoken.ai/v1, and use gpt-6-sol or gpt-6-luna. The official model name is Sol, not Sora.
